Our lease consists of everything you would find in a normal cash lease with a few caveats that we include on our own dime. Our lease has a standard 5 YEAR TENURE. This is to keep continuity of the ground, and to build up the productivity of the field. 5 years is also standard for "soil-build-plans". 5 years helps to create a shared vision between Good Life Cattle Co. and the landowner.
